Refund policy

We want y’all to love everything you get from Shop Dixie River, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange!

You may return or exchange any regular-priced clothing or accessory item within 14 days of delivery to your home.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• The item must be shipped back to us before the 14-day mark from when it was delivered.

Please note — we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

🚫 Home décor items

🚫 Sale or clearance items

🚫 Swimwear

🚫 Custom orders

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit (depending on your preference).
